Essential oils are growing in popularity, as more people are interested in environmentally friendly solutions for the home. With the wide assortment of oils and diffusers available, the optimal ways of using them often come up. One common question is how many drops of oil are needed for the diffuser. How does one make the most of the fewest drops of essential oils to avoid waste and not saturate the air?A good rule of thumb is to use 3 to 5 drops of oil per 100 ml of water.
Fill the diffuser with water, adding several drops of essential oils. Place the cover back on the diffuser, plug in, and adjust the settings.
Make sure the diffuser is in a stable position so it can’t be tipped over accidentally.
