How Many Drops Of Essential Oils Do You Put in a Diffuser?

If you’ve ever rented or bought a house, you know that lighting can make or break an entire space. From dingy overhead lighting to fluorescent bathroom lights, the wrong lighting can be the difference between a good mood and a bad day.

Essential oils are growing in popularity, as more people are interested in environmentally friendly solutions for the home. With the wide assortment of oils and diffusers available, the optimal ways of using them often come up. One common question is how many drops of oil are needed for the diffuser. How does one make the most of the fewest drops of essential oils to avoid waste and not saturate the air?

A good rule of thumb is to use 3 to 5 drops of oil per 100 ml of water.

Fill the diffuser with water, adding several drops of essential oils. Place the cover back on the diffuser, plug in, and adjust the settings.

Make sure the diffuser is in a stable position so it can’t be tipped over accidentally.

The advent of a rechargeable and flameless electric lighter to replace outdated gas lighters that require excessive hand strength to ignite and sustain the flame is a welcome relief, particularly for individuals seeking to light larger candles, fireplaces, and gas stoves with minimal effort. Not only is it more user-friendly, but it is also a more eco-conscious option.
